You and I have not met or spoken; I am the Executive Director of Durham Youth Services. 

i just wanted to compliment and thank you for the high-quality service your team has been delivering. I will be candid to say that when our team presented the business case to switch from our prior provider, and presented 3 competitive quotes, AIM was the highest cost, but our team was adamant that it was value for money based on the level of service they expected to receive from your team. As a nonprofit, we watch every dollar - but NOTHING matters more than the safety of our team and youth - so security is not where we will cut corners. 

Since making the switch to AIM, I have heard nothing but positive reviews about the service and support our team has received. That means a great deal to all of us!

I also want to note the positive experience that the JH team has had when AIM is on site. As we all know the office is very tight quarters and having guests can be uncomfortable at times disrupting work. The team has shared that they really enjoy working with Helder and George, that they are enjoyable to be around and cause minimal disruption and stress when on site! This is very different feedback than with our past agency we were working with 🙂
